well, are you wanting blonde highlights? i would go with a more caramel color if you are wanting blonde, or maybe even red highlights would look great in dark hair. just my opinion.
I use carmel or honey highlights in mine.. its medium brown .. I have fair skin .
if you got it colored a middle shade of brown it looks good with carmel highlights
