i think with really tan skin dark brown with medium-light brown highlights.
Hmm your skin colour is..tan? that isnt a skin tone. But going from the fact you have a tan, anything too unnatural would look awful, tone your hair with a dark semi or quasi.
Try a warm caramel color on your hair. It will bring out your skin tone without looking fake. Lucky you! I have really WHITE skin so I have to be careful not to go to dark.
