first of all, you are pretty and you have beautiful eyes and a very cute nose! i do not think your hair looks bad, but maybe sweeping the bangs to the side and adding some dark honey blond highlights? go to this website below, it costs about 15 dollars for three months and a credit card, but it works great! you can upload your pic and try all sorts of fun hairstyles!






As a stylist I suggest both. Having both will add multidimensional color and help get rid of the ';I'm growing out this hairstyle look.'; Ask them to go just one level above for the highlight and one level below for the lowlight, and I really think it will help tremendously. You are adorable, let your hair help you in that matter.
Just get regular highlights. Get like a blond color in thin natural looking streaks. Your hairstyler will be able to give you some hair colors to look thru and you can hold them up to your hair to see what you like best.
First off you're very pretty. Um, I would say some carmel highlights framing the face would look super cute!
