you need photoshop. it isnt tht easy as it sounds. you need to make selections using magic wand or sometimes manually nd then fill it up color. one alternative is fotoflexer it is online and free. they have a hair color changing tutorial but the same rule applies to lips. go to www.fotoflexer.com and sign-up for it. it is worth a try
