Will untagged photos of me still appear on the 'highlights' section on facebook?

i have just untagged a couple of photos of myself but will they still appear in the highlights section saying ' millie has been tagged in this photo' on peoples home pages? thanksWill untagged photos of me still appear on the 'highlights' section on facebook?
Why would they say millie when your name appears to be sophie?





And I don't think they will - it should disappear from the news feed.
